Job Description
We are looking for Clerk (IT) to handle user request for an Government department :
Duties :
- Responsible to handle user procurement requests on IT equipment
- To upload the request and follow up the management approval
- To gather quotations from vendors
- Follow up the delivery schedule
- Perform clerical support such as fax, filing and data entry
Requirement
- HKCEE / DSE or above
- 2 years purchasing / merchandiser experience
- Good customer service skills
- We offer 5 day work
