Job Description

Work Location: Shenzhen & Causeway Bay 

The Job Description:

Reporting directly to our Global Operations Director, you will be managing a team dedicated to implement Quality Programs for a portfolio of more than 100 Key Accounts, our most important Clients that require special management, in order to reach the highest standards of service quality.

Your main responsibilities will be (but not limited) to : 

  • Manage and coach a team of 35 engineers and technical specialists dedicated to follow-up global Inspection Programs for our Clients, major consumer goods companies;
  • Develop your team’s competencies and work closely with HR Department to attract talents and setting training standards and hiring procedures;
  • Analyze and implement Operations processes to improve quality, productivity and efficiency and act as continuous improvement leader to drive best practices;
  • Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators to drive projects and ensure a timely delivery with consistently reliable QC results; 
  • Represent QIMA Operations Department by actively participating to clients’ meetings, working closely with our Sales Department; 
  • Formulate new ideas and find innovative strategies to adapt to client’s demands and industry’s trends.
  • Analyze situations where clients require special attention and partner closely with Department’s Managers to identify gaps and propose effective solutions to deal with daily and high-level challenges;
  • Educate yourself on industry requirements and pass on your learning to your team members to continually improve inspection protocols;.

Your profile :

It could be you, if you have: 

  • Degree holder or above in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain from a top tier Engineering School;
  • 5 to 8 years of successful working experience related to Manufacturing and Quality Engineering;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with professionals at all levels within the organization;
  • A strong work ethic of discretion and professionalism;
  • A hands-on management style and leadership with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • A proven track record in managing a team to achieve performance goals;
  • Interest and good command in data analysis;
  • Fluency in English.
