Job Description

Responsibilities:

Perform routine IT team’s administrative duties, as well as purchasing and inventory management
Maintain accurate stock in and out record
Ensure proper resources allocation, reports and document records including invoices, and follow up purchase orders
Handle email and phone calls enquiries

Requirements:

Form 5 / DSE or above
2 years relevant work experience
Knowledge of ERP System PR / PO / GRN module or Accounting / Warehouse System is an advantage
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing
Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Independent, detail-minded and able to work under tight schedule and deadlines
Immediate availability is highly preferred
