Job Description
Our client is a well-regarding regional bank. They are currently
looking for Team Head, Private Banking Compliance in Legal and Compliance Department.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team, reporting to Compliance Unit Head and Department Head
- Provide compliance advice and training to Private Banking business and staff
- Update policies & procedures, compliance plan and manuals related to Private Banking business
- Ensure business in compliance to local regulatory requirements and internal policies & procedures
- Participate in ad-hoc projects assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Degree or above
- Good communication skills and sound knowledge of Banking Ordinance, Securities & Futures Ordinance and other regulatory requirements
- 7+ years' experience in both AML and general compliance in banking, preferably at supervisory level in private banking
- CAMS is a plus
- Proficient spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
