Job Description
Our client is a well-regarding regional bank. They are currently
looking for Compliance Manager (Review/ Advisory) in Legal and Compliance Department.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, review and report periodic compliance program in Private Banking, Capital Market and Wealth Management
- Provide compliance advice to management and business units
- Review and update internal control policies and procedures and keep track of regulatory requirements
- Ensure implementation and maintenance of internal policies and procedures
- Investigate compliance-related complaints and incidents
Requirements:
- Degree or above
- Good communication skills and sound knowledge of regulations and laws
- 5+ years' experience in compliance in banks
- CAMS is a plus
- Proficient spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
