The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of quality tenant services including but not limited to tenants liaison, tenancy administration support, coordinating of take-over / hand-over of premises, fitting-out works, complaints handling and day-to-day management of our prime premises in PRC.  

Applicants should be university graduates in related discipline with over 6 years’ solid working experience, of which 3 years gained at managerial level and preferably in managing prestigious shopping mall in PRC.  Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (include Putonghua), strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, able to work independently and under pressure are required.  Experienced in pre-opening planning and execution, familiarity with pre-fitting out preparatory works for various trade mix and development projects will be an added advantage.
