Job responsibilities:

• To be responsible for operational and technical activities for Facilities Management activities in factory 
• Monitor the standards and compliance of maintenance, security and cleaning services of properties
• Response to emergency incidents, resolve the incident in timely and effective manner
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties to ensure the services quality
• Prepare and manage the yearly budget and expenditure
• To closely communicate with external or internal parties and FM team members and maintain positive interactions
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned

 Requirement:

• Professional qualifications in Facilities management, Security or relevant Property Management background with at least 5 years experience
• Assertive to interact and negotiate with local authorities, internal and external parties
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, well-organized and self-initiated
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
