Job Description

職責:

監察CCTV及指揮控制中心運作(熟悉防盜及消防系統)
負責督導前線員工工作以提供優質及有効率的客戶服務
負責管理客戶熱線及大廈日常的運作
處理電話查詢及投訴及即時跟進和匯報突發事故
處理文書工作

入職要求:

中七或以上程度
三年或以上酒店或大廈控制室經驗優先考慮
良好溝通及領導才能，處事獨立
能書寫及操流利英語，粵語及普通話
持有效保安人員許可證及QAS證書
懂電腦基本操作
於銅鑼灣區固定 / 輪班工作 (9小時/5.5天)
經驗較多之求職者可獲考慮為高級控制中心主管
