Our client is urgently looking for a Security Manager 

• Lead the security team to work closely with the different departments of the site to ensure smooth daily operation.
• Carry out routine checking of the properties and arrange preventative maintenance, remedial repairs
• Property management services for a luxurious residential property 
• Handle complaints and maintain a good relationship with tenants 
• Sure all emergencies are attended to promptly and rectified
• Perform inspection and audit on the security procedures of the site
• Bachelor degree holder in facilities/property management/building services engineering or related disciplines
• At least 14-16 years solid experience in property management for high-end residential  
• With HKIH or related qualification is a definite advantage 
• With unquestionable integrity, self-motivated, and strong common sense
• Multitasking and able to work independently
• Fluency English & Cantonese is required
