Responsibilities: 

• Participate in all business operations related matters, including but not limit to market studies and research, obtain latest market information to build up database and place regular real estate market visits
• Prepare feasibility studies, research reports and relevant documents and materials for potential investment projects
• Work closely with internal parties and business partners such as property agencies, solicitors, and marketing agencies on business related matters
• Provide administrative support to the team, maintain filing system and related documentation
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate or related disciplines
• 2-3 years’ related experience in general practice surveying, less experience or fresh graduates may also be considered as Associate, Business Operations
• Student Member/Probationer of HKIS / RICS in General Practice Division and / or valid EAA License holder would be an advantage
• Detail-minded and able to work under pressure and independently in delivering quality works and meeting deadlines
• Self-driven, able to work proactively and independently
• A good team player with excellent communication skill
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
