Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Provide quality services to donors and fundraising projects, monitor Donor Services operations and manage coin box fulfillment. Assist Director, Donor Services in handling enquiries through different channels and coordinating project fulfillment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process monthly donations and ensure follow up communications with donors are made in alignment with the MDP Protocols.
- Manage donor database including data entry and issuance of donation receipts.
- Handle incoming enquiries through various channels.
- Work closely with internal & external parties in coin box logistics arrangement.
- Monitor DS operations & perform inventory control for the team.
- Fulfill assigned fundraising projects.
- Assist Director, Donor Services in coordinating fundraising and operational projects, and developing related workflow.
- Train new / temporary staff to perform daily tasks and coach them for performance improvement
- Provide support to ad hoc projects as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline with 3 - 5 years of working experience in customer service
- 1 - 2 years’ supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in non-profit organization is a plus
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Self-initiated, detail-minded and well organized
- Customer oriented with good interpersonal and analytical skills
- Responsible, mature and flexible
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proactive team player and passionate to work in NGO
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English. Mandarin capability an advantage.
