Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and deliver first aid training courses/ activities/ service programmes
• Assist in quality control and enhancement on professional first aid training courses
• Assist in the overall programmes’ implementation, evaluation and reporting, including funding and budget handling and procurement logistic
• Plan and execute first aid promotional events and related publications
• Liaise and maintain sustainable relationship with different stakeholders (service users, trainers, funding partners, etc.)
• Supervise staff and volunteers for service and/or training delivery
• Handle emergency calls and undertake other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• University Degree holder with at least 3 years working experience
• Valid standard First Aid/ Basic Life Support Certificate holder or equivalent is an advantage
• Experience in providing formal public training and professional first aid/ emergency care is a definite advantage
• Well organized, attentive to details and meticulous
• Sound leadership and problem solving skills
• Proactive, mature, responsible with good implementation skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in PC knowledge (including Microsoft Office)

Contract Period: 1 year (Renewable)
