Youth Diabetes Action is a non-profit charitable organization established in 2001, dedicated to supporting children and adolescents with diabetes and their families. We are now invites applications for the following post:

Senior Project Officer / Project Officer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, budgeting, implementation and evaluation of events, including member activities, awareness raising and fundraising events etc.
• Prepare and support of all communication materials such as quarterly magazine, annual report, eDM, e-newsletter, website, social media post and other promotional materials;
• Prepare funding proposals and reports
• Maintain good relationship with members and donors

Requirements:

• Tertiary education, with 5 years’ relevant experiences in marketing communication and project management (applicant with less experience will be considered as Project Officer);
• Outstanding event and project management skill is a must
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Passion for working with youth and children
• Require strong interpersonal skills, detail-minded, hard-working, attentive to details and self-motivated
