Job Description

Location: Kowloon / Tseung Kwan O

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding branded customer service
Achieve personal sales assigned
Handle after-sales service and all related CRM activities
Support product display and visual merchandising in shop
Support inventory control, housekeeping, cashiering and other retail operations

Requirements

Minimum Form 5 and above with at least 2-year solid sales experience in retail chain stores of jewellery, luxury goods and fashion preferred
Proactive, result-oriented and flexible manner
Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skill
Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Provide CV with recent PHOTO
