- Promote insurance products to customers through outbound calls.
- Provide excellent services to customers
- Handle customers' enquiries and address customers’ feedback / complaints professionally.
Requirements
- At least 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above in the HKCEE / HKDSE
- Passes in IIQE Examinations (Paper I,II,III)
- Solid knowledge on insurance would be an advantage
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
- Strong customer service mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills with good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written; Putonghua is preferable
- Possess hands-on PC skills in using MS Office applications and Chinese inputs
