Responsibilities:

• Perform outbound Post Sales call
• Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
• Jot message for incoming calls
• Retrieve Voice Mail for returning call
• Manage clerical work such as, Letter preparation, matching and enveloping

Requirements:

• DSE or above
• IIQE registered
• At least 2 years of working experience in insurance / finance industry
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (including Chinese input)
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Ability to achieve KPIs
