Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales & marketing, product activities and strategies with distributors
- Conduct branch visits & presentations
- Provide fund and market information
- Coordinate and motivate distributors’ channels (agency or bancassurance) to sell company's funds
- Handle investors and brokers’ hotline
Requirements:
- University degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 – 8 years of relevant work experience gained preferably from insurance companies in Hong Kong
- Experience working closely with agency channels is essential, agency training background an advantage
- Proactive and adaptable approach in a fast-changing environment
- Positive attitude and ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues across the business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential as the role involves working closely with the legal, operations, sales, marketing, investment, and compliance teams
