- 處理客戶電話及電郵查詢
- 提供優質客戶服務體驗
職位要求
- 歡迎應屆畢業生
- 中五或以上程度，具一年或以上客戶服務經驗優先
- 操流利粵語、英語及普通話
- 熟悉MS Excel
- 主動，熱誠，具良好電話對答及溝通技巧
- 每周工作5.5天 (工作時間：星期一至五 9am-6pm, 星期六 9am-1pm)
