Job Description
The Role
- Provide prompt and courteous hotline services to clients with positive problem-solving capabilities
- Perform traditional reception duties such as guest greeting and answering phone calls in professional manner
- Mainly focus on property enquiries
- Provide the department with comprehensive administrative support, including but not limited to maintaining the documentation (electronic and hard copy) system and office supplies, proper management of office spaces and equipments
- To receive visitors and delegation and coordinate various activities
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Assist the team in coordinating with internal and external parties for business and project purposes
The Candidate
- Diploma holder or above preferably in Property/Real Estates with at least 1 years of work experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fast learner, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to prioritise projects and strong problem solving skills
- Good research skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
