Job Description
The Job
- Provide professional services to our local cooperation clients
- Deliver service in best practice service delivery model to achieve SLA and enhance service excellence
- Handle daily tasks and customers’ inquiries
- Prepare the regular reports and meeting materials to clients
- Assist the development and implementation of ad hoc jobs or projects
The Person
- Degree holder or above
- At least 3 years’ experience in customer service or account management
- Experience in IT solution, technical servicing companies is an definite advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in customer relationship management
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good in spoken and written Chinese and English
- Tech-savvy, analytical, detail minded and fast learner
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Executive
