Job Description

The Job

Provide professional services to our local cooperation clients
Deliver service in best practice service delivery model to achieve SLA and enhance service excellence
Handle daily tasks and customers’ inquiries
Prepare the regular reports and meeting materials to clients
Assist the development and implementation of ad hoc jobs or projects

The Person

Degree holder or above
At least 3 years’ experience in customer service or account management
Experience in IT solution, technical servicing companies is an definite advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills in customer relationship management
Strong customer service orientation
Good in spoken and written Chinese and English
Tech-savvy, analytical, detail minded and fast learner
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Executive
