Job Description
The client is a respected Insurance Group, is now seeking for few new headcounts as Customer Services Officer / Customer Care Assoicate - Insurance (CS / Customer Care / Call Center / Hotline - inbound [Non-sales])(17– 22k) to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle general email inquiries and phone calls timely and tactfully
- Provide good customer services to clients face to face – client services
- Perform claims registration and insurance enquiry over the phone
- Feedback customers’ comments to superior for service improvement
- Make suggestions for improving customer satisfaction
- Perform ad-hoc task as required by supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing and/or Insurance Studies
- At least 2 years working experience in Customer Service, Hotline or Call Center environement, preferably in Life insurance or banking industry
- Certified Insurance Agent licensing (IIQE Paper 1 , 2, 3, 5) is preferred
- Good communication and complaint handling skill with good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
