Job Description:

• Responsible for correspondence, document submission, data input, copying and filing
• Responsible for orders processing & follow up sales orders
• Handling simple book keeping / shipment matters
• Prepare monthly sales analysis reports
• Maintain up-to-date customer-based database
• Provide service & admin. Supports to sales team & customers
• Complete administration jobs & other ad-hoc jobs

Job Requirements:

• Min. 2 years or above working experiences
• Form 7 or above
• Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Photoshop and Chinese Word Processing), knowledge of AI would be an advantage
• Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin
• Well organized, hardworking, motivated
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
