Responsibilities:

• Assist supervisor to handle daily operation of the clubhouse
• Plan and organize clubhouse functions as well as purchase materials
• Build up and maintain good relationship with residents by provision of excellent customer services
• Handle enquires and complaints
• Assist in handling pre-management work
• Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as required

Requirements:

• Certificate holder or above in Sports & Recreation, Hospitality Management or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, preferable gained in residential clubs or hotels
• Proactive, creative and passionate in lifestyle programs / events
• Well-organized and service-oriented
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Shift duty is required
• Location: Tai Po District
