Our growing company is seeking to hire International Sales Managers or Directors who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our international sales teams for our four Regional Business Units (EMEA, AMERICAS, APAC, GREATER CHINA). You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, sales strategies, meeting and overshooting pre-set sales targets, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop new global/local distributors and channel customers via various above-the-line marketing strategies;
  • Meet aggressive sales targets for each customer or distributor in various countries and regions;
  • Formulate and implement competitive strategies, product planning and marketing on a global level;
  • Initiate product marketing strategies & positioning to acquire market shares in accordance with management's expectations;
  • Ensure effective implementation of sales & marketing strategies across various countries and regions;
  • Participate in various international trade exhibitions and travel to meet customers across the region;
  • Identify business opportunities and conduct feasibilities studies to senior management level;
  • Formulate, develop, implement and execute strategic business plans for global projects;
  • Work according to the approved budget/program & take continuous initiatives to improve control of cost & time;
  • Monitor the progress of sales and marketing closely to formulate effectively responses;
  • Achieve aggressive pre-set Sales Target on a monthly basis;
  • Sensible to the business issues, needs of customers and local market practice and regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in related disciplines with working experience in mobile accessory products, data storage products as well as mobile communication products of a manufacturing company;
  • At least 1-20 years (depending on position applied) of Sales & Marketing or Business Development working experience with good track records. (Less experience with drive to succeed will also be considered for Sales Executive position);
  • Solid work ethic and strong time and project management skills;
  • Willing to travel occasionally or regularly across assigned markets or regions;
  • Experience in export business & distributorship management in various overseas markets is a MUST for Managers;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, self-motivated, independent, hardworking, stable, mature, willing to work overtime and able to work under pressure;
  • Good business sense with excellent negotiation skills;
  • Proven success in developing new business area (regionally or internationally would be an added advantage);
  • Experience or knowledge of CRM, CDBM, etc. for customer management would also be an advantage;
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin, other European languages or Arabic would definitely be an advantage;
  • Fluent English and other languages such as German, French, Russian, Japanese, Korean, etc. would also be an advantage;
  • Strong computer literacy including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing (for Greater China Market only);
  • Candidate applying Sales positions for HK/Macau should have solid experience in Channel Sales & Management;
