Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Deliver training programs to staffs related to skills/ knowledge in areas of customer experience
- Coordinate Customer Service training programs and other CS-related training in line with the CS recruitment schedule
- Drive quality assurance programs and perform related quality management tasks like call monitoring etc
- Support training administration including class enrollment, record updating, reporting and related logistics to launch training programs in a smooth and effective way;
- Identify training needs to constantly upgrade the overall service delivery from the CS team
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Dip Above with 4 years’ experience
- Experience in banking/ call centre industry and/or customer service is preferable
- Excellent facilitation and training skills, passionate in training and people development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good planning, organizing and analytical skills
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Mature, self-motivated and result oriented
