Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of recruitment process
• Sourcing talents, screening and interviewing candidates, presentation to clients and job offer negotiation
• Organize interviews and coach candidates on interview skills
• Identify and develop business opportunities with potential clients through cold calling and client meetings
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment service to the clients from understanding client’s requirements

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
• Knowledge in IT/ Accounting & Finance/Sales & Marketing is a plus
• Strong interest in meeting, engaging and managing people from different backgrounds
• Ability to utilize different social media to generate connections
• Strong social networking skills, experience in building rapport and long-term relationships
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-disciplined, detail-minded, hardworking, pro-active, willing and able to work independently
