Main Responsibilities :

• Formulate strategies on the promotion and selling of medical equipment to achieve sales target.
• Supervise and train a team of Sales Executive in all sales and marketing areas to achieve sales target.
• Assist the General Manager in business planning by making recommendations consistent with the business objectives of the Company.
• Provide product support for sub-dealers on medical equipment.
• Maintain good rapport with principals and customers.
• Keep abreast of market changes by conducting market survey and analysis for HK and introduce appropriate action if necessary.

 Requirements :

• University graduate, major in BA or Science or equivalent
• 4-5 years solid sales experience in medical equipment field.
• Excellent team management & development skills, solution-oriented mind-set with concrete and tactical development experience.
• Strong track record of success in driving business growth.
• Excellent command of written & spoken English and Chinese required
• Excellent selling, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Immediate available preferable.
