Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all logistics activities between customers and suppliers to ensure on-time execution of shipments 
• Daily invoice / sales order issuance duties
• Support daily operation of Sales team
• Assist in preparing purchase order, quotation and invoice
• Coordinate with customer and suppliers on delivery arrangement

 Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of English & Chinese including Putonghua
• Initiative, responsible, sensitive to numerical figures
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, independent and willing to work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
