Job Description
Our client is a Medical Technology company. They are looking for a talented Inventory Executive to join their thriving business in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily clerical duties to laboratory department
- Handle laboratory consumables and instruments procurement process
- Monitor and update stock inventory and fix asset records and issue inventory report
- Maintain preventive maintenance record and calibration record of essential instrument
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Logistics / Supply Chain discipline
- Minimum 3-year experience in inventory related task
- Experience in procurement and stock take is a competitive advantage
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Responsible, detail-mind, pro-active and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and can meet tight deadlines
- Office at Shek Mun (Shatin District)
- Alternative shift on Saturday, shift schedule and overtime work occasionally
