Job Duties:

• Prepare the Monthly SOA (Commission & Other Expenses) to Italy headquarter
• Verify and ensure all the Commission Invoices and shipment data in the Critix/ China reaction System are correct and received
• Verify and handle the Account Report of Bangladesh’s and Turkey’s office
• Prepare the monthly Debit Notes for QA Inspection penalty and other expense to Italy
• Handle the monthly bank reconciliation
• Follow part of the Petty Cash and Staff Expenses
• Assist in the Audit processing

Job Requirements:

• Form 7 or above with LCCI intermediate accounting qualification
• Minimum 5 years accounting experience in Trading and Garment Industry.
• Analytical mind and attentive to details
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadline
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel & Accounting System including DacEasy, Sage  
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
