Job Description:

In Transaction Services team, we are providing M&A services to assist our client to achieve their goal. We support our client by undertaking

• Valuation,
• Financial modelling,
• Financial due diligence,
• Commercial due diligence; and
• Operation due diligence services.

You will report to your seniors / managers of the Transaction Services team and conduct professional work under their guidance.

Responsibility

• Assist in performing market research to assess the market trend and development;
• Assist in performing analysis on the Target’s financial and operation data;
• Preparing professional due diligence report on different types of engagement;

Requirements

• Experience in M&A, auditing and accounting is a plus;
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA etc is preferred;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin;
• Outgoing personality with positive attitude in facing new challenges;
• Independent in handling assigned tasks;
• Good team player and communication skills.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Associate;
