Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable function
• Process settlement and posting of office expenses and staff claims
• Prepare monthly statement, collections, vouchers and schedules
• Assist Section Head in management of accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed asset register maintenance function
• Assist in user acceptance test for system implementation
• Assist in ad-hoc assignment

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in accounting, finance and related discipline
• Minimum 2 years experience in account receivable and account payable function
• Good computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access and Word)
• Good interpersonal communication skill
• Diligent, responsible, willing to work overtime and under pressure
