The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties : -

• Prepare the billing invoices, statements to debtors and perform billing control
• Post invoices into the accounting system
• Monitor inter-company billing transactions and review recharge invoice
• Prepare and monitor provision & accrual accounts
• Prepare month end closing
• Prepare the monthly management report (internal, external, group reports), accounts reconciliation and other ad hoc schedules
• Assist the preparation of statutory accounts and audit schedules

Requirements

• F.5 or above with LCC Intermediate Level
• Minimum 2 years' accounting administrative experience
• Strong resilience to work pressure, handling tedious works and volume of enquiries
• Detailed-oriented with strong sense of responsibility
• Mature and independent
• Well versed in using MS Excel, Words and Chinese word processing. Knowledge of SAP will be a definite advantage
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
