Job Scope:

• Perform daily accounting operations such as receipts, payments, AR / AP functions
• Responsible for preparation of receipts, payments and other journal entries
• Support the operation flow of sales administration and issuing invoices
• Assist to prepare monthly financial statements for HK operation
• Prepare statutory audited accounts and tax computation
• Assist to prepare annual budget
• Any ad hoc assignment from supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting/Finance
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in FMCG marketing or F&B related industry
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, experience in Kingdee account system is an advantage
• Good interpersonal, influencing and analytical skills
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
• Less experienced candidate will be considered as Accounting Officer
