Job Duties:
- Plan and deliver the classroom training and e-learning
- Collaborate with operation team on field coaching
- Maintain constant communication with frontline staffs to understand their training needs
- Prepare training materials and coordinate the training programs
- Review the effectiveness of the training programs regularly
Job Requirement:
- Degree holder with at least 5 years of training experiences gained from retail industry
- Passionate towards beauty products
- Patient, people-oriented and motivated candidate with strong communication skills
- Fluent command in English & Chinese
