Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
w Provide overall administrative and clerical support to the offices
w Assist daily office operation
w Conduct procurement, maintenance and repairing of office equipment, office supplies and consumables.
w Manage the reception area and handle enquiries
w Handle business reports and correspondence
w Maintain proper filing system
w Answering incoming calls and greeting visitors
w Ad hoc task as assigned
Requirements:
w Form 6 or above with formal secretarial training or administration knowledge is highly preferred.
w Minimum 3 years working experience, preferable in operation administration
w Prefer to have Clinic /Beauty Salon experience will be an advantage
w Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
w Proficient in MS office applications and Chinese word processing
w Mature, attentive to details, well organized, able to work independently
w Familiar with Clinic Solution or B2B system.
w Immediate availability is preferred
