Job Description

To align with the company’s business development, we are looking for suitable talent to join us as our Human Resources Director who will be a key member of our management team.  Reporting to the CEO, the major role of the HR Director is to facilitate strategic initiatives, planning, organizational design and change management.  His/her major responsibilities are as follows:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the CEO and the management team as strategic partner and oversee on all sort of regional HR related matters including strategic planning, organizational development, succession planning, training and development, recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, administration etc.;
  • Work with the local HR and Admin teams to provide full spectrum of professional HR and office administration services to meet business needs;
  • Review the group HR & Admin practices and provide strategic direction;
  • Establish policies and procedures and formulate HR programs across the group;
  • Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders to implement HR and office administration policies and procedures;
  • Drive performance by setting metric (KPIs), to promote the Group’s core value, to uphold the compliance and internal control measures and to raise team performance;
  • Drive a culture of growth, organization changes and positive employee relations;
  • Evaluate significant resources of the company and to suggest effective distribution of resources among various functions;
  • Be a servicing partner to all business units in terms of guiding growth and ensuring a comprehensive HR infrastructure in place.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines; MBA is a plus;
  • At least 10 year’s solid HR & Administration experience at senior management level in trading & manufacturing field;
  • Familiar with HR & Administration functions in both office and factory environment;
  • Good team player, strong business acumen, detail-minded, and solution-oriented;
  • Possess high level of leadership skill through an energetic, enthusiastic and lead by example approach;
  • Outstanding negotiation, planning, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills;
  • Well versed with HK & PRC labor ordinance and taxation law;
  • Result-oriented and adaptable to rapid changing environment;
  • Excellent communication skills with strong language ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Willing to travel frequently.
