Responsibilities

  • Reception duties such as handle incoming calls, greeting visitors, answering queries, couriers and mailing arrangement;
  • Outdoor work is required (e.g. documents delivery, bank in and posting etc.) ;
  • Provide office administrative and clerical support
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • DSE or above with minimum 1 year relevant experience;
  • Pleasant personality & Good telephone manner is a must;
  • Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office word and excel;
  • Mature, self-motivated, detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Able to work independently
  • 5 Days work, Public Holidays
