Job Responsibilities:

• Assistant project event and activities of health to Management.
• Understand & collect project requirements and assist the Management to ensure smooth implementation of project
• Co-ordinate with different branch clinic and department to smooth and meet the deadline
• Responsible for providing both clinical and administrative support with different centre. 
• To assist administration in daily operation and provide good customer care services.
• Prepare documentation such as spreadsheet, letter, powerpoint etc.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as and when required

Job requirements :

• Bachelor Degree holder or above in Business /Marketing or equivalent
• With minimum 2 years' experience in medical in industry
• Candidate must be self-motivated and have a pro-active work ethic with a “can-do” attitude to provide excellent customer service by following-up and completing assigned tasks promptly and proven ability to work independently
• Good interpersonal and project management skill
• Good communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese
