Job Description:

• Assist in the recommendation of and preparation of sales commission scheme and process and post-recovery administrative work arrangements
• Handle payroll disbursement process for sales distribution on timely basis
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the sales remuneration/ commission system
• Assist the implementation of the sales incentive activities and keep track of the updated indicators, provide timely update to supervisors if necessary
• Preparation of various business analytic reports for management review including but not limited to manpower, sales indicators and productivity, etc.
• Assist to collect, consolidate and analyze market-related sales data to support the development of sales channels
• Complete ad-hoc matters/ projects assigned by supervisors

Requirement

• Degree holder or equivalent in Business Administration, Statistics or Mathematics 
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in agency business development, experiences in handling agency commission is definitely an advantage
• Strong computer skills in MS Excel, with knowledge in VBA and MS Access is an advantage
• Passes in IIQE Paper 1, 3 & 5, with FLMI is preferred
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Putonghua & Chinese,
• Good knowledge of MS office (especially Powerpoint and Excel)

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer, Agency Business Development
