Job Description
Duties:

Man the reception counter to receive visitors and guests.

Answer telephone enquiries and take messages.

Assist in book conference rooms.

Perform clerical duties.
Requirements:
- F.5 or above with passed in Chinese and English.
- Ability to speak, read and write English and Chinese;
- Possesses knowledge of computer operation in MS Word and MS Excel;
- English word processing 30 WPM and Chinese word processing 20WPM ;and
- Punctual and self-discipline.
- Must have 1 year full-time clerical experience.
