Responsibilities:

• Handling daily settlement operations of securities and other derivatives in Hong Kong
• Drafting and reviewing Settlement Manuals  
• Performing settlement functions including trade matching, customers fund deposit as well as withdrawal, SI, corporate actions, and other CCASS/DCASS operations
• Assisting in system modification and UAT testing
• Preparing daily and monthly settlement reports and statements as well as other administrative duties
• Handling other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in settlement operations in securities industry
• Knowledge of securities settlement as well as CCASS/DCASS operations
• Knowledge of ESunny system operations will be preferred
• Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Responsible, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
