Responsibilities:

• Deliver efficient and quality customer service by handling of customer enquiries/instructions
• Achieve the service standard and objectives set by Management.  Service standard and objectives will be varied according to different product type and campaign.
• Handle and follow up customer’s complaint.
• Handle customer’s enquiry via different channels e.g. over phones, Internet, mail in

Requirements:

• Good command of English and Chinese
•  Diploma or Degree Holder; Form Five or DSE Graduates with relevant working experience will also be considered
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience; with exposure to call center operations & knowledge of life insurance products an advantage　
•  Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE) Paper 1, 2 and 3 an advantage
• Strong customer service orientation, with good communication and problem solving skills
