Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage project development and promote e-trade services for enhancing sales performance
• Perform setting, checking and verification of different systems
• Preparation of user documentation, UAT status and reporting
• Perform business analysis and operation review for enhancing the efficiency of the company’s brokerage business
• Prepare internal announcement and other marketing materials for related departments
• Develop company’s marketing campaigns and monitor the process and sales performance of the campaigns from time to time
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• University degree or above in Finance or Business related subjects
• Holder of SFC license RA1 and / or RA2
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in finance industry, preferable with experience in developing electronic platform and Mobile Application
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese, including Putonghua
• Proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong sense of team work
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
