Accountabilities:

• Perform Middle to back office function including but not limited to tackle clients or internal enquiries, resolve trade breaks by effectively communicate with Front office, custodians, counterparties, daily profit and loss report, and handle end to end trade lifecycle
• Handle daily trade booking, trade processing, reconciliation, settlement, post-trade events monitoring for a wide range of Treasury and Fixed Income Derivatives products
• Proactively participate on operations process review and improvement plus assistance in system enhancement

Requirements:

• Degree or above such as Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or Risk Management
• Minimum 2 years of relevant IRS, FX options, Treasury and Fixed Income Derivatives trade operations experience acquired from global leading financial institutions
• Sensible and analytical, with a good level of alertness in particular with operational risks and ability to make sound judgement
• Motivated, hardworking and multi-tasking, with ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient PC skills in using MS Office, Excel and VBA is a definite advantage
