Responsibilities:

• Daily operation and settlement of Type 1 activities covering local & overseas equities, funds and bonds and structure products of custodian services;

• Deal with corporate actions / entitlement arising from client’s investment portfolios;

• Liaise with external broker / custodian, in-house counter parties to follow up any settlement / operation related issues and enquiries;

• Perform Stock Unit and Cash Reconciliation and client’s margin position and risk control.

Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or related subjects;

• Current holder of SFC License for RA1;

• At 1 year of settlement experience in handling corporate action, IPO and settlement of local & overseas equities and OTC products;

• Solid experience in security system, i.e. Hundsun Ayers;

• Self-motivated and well-organized with good interpersonal & communication skills;

• Fluency in written / oral English, Cantonese and Putonghua;

• Immediate available or short notice period will be an advantage.
