Job Description
We are looking for high caliber candidates to join our Investor Services Division as Temporary Professional Services Support to cope with our fast growing business.
What the job role is:
- To provide general clerical support to the Client Service team in handling corporate action assignments of listed clients including AGM and IPO projects, etc.
Who we are looking for:
- Higher Diploma or above.
- Office working experience is preferred.
- Well-organized and detail-minded.
- Good team player and willing to work overtime to meet deadlines.
- Satisfactory written and spoken English. Good Putonghua will be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Business professional attire.
- Immediate availability is preferred
Work Schedule: 09:00-18:00 (Monday to Friday)
The position will be offered to suitable candidate from April to end of June 2020 (may extend if continue support required by then).
