Job Description

Senior Remittance Officer / Remittance Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare inward and outward remittance data;
  • Handle enquiries from customers and internal departments;
  • Conduct compliance review of payment operations and detect suspicious money laundering transactions;
  • Handle matters in relation to account posting, bank charges, FX deals and bank reconciliation and other ad hoc assignments.


Requirements:

  • Associate degree or bachelor degree is preferred;
  • At least 2 years of solid experience in remittance operations in banking industry;
  • Good Command in written and spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese;
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel Application with fast speed in English and Chinese typing;
  • Able to work independently under pressure;
  • Immediate availability is preferred.

 

Customer Service Officer – General Banking Services

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer’s enquires via phone calls and emails including E-banking problems, and follow up the transaction status;
  • Confirm receipt of application forms submitted by customers via mail / fax / email and pass same to relevant departments;
  • Follow up VIP clients’ transaction requests until transaction completed;
  • Coordinate with other teams in Operations (i.e. bills, loans and cash teams) to streamline the procedures to provide better services to clients;
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.


Requirements:

  • Associate degree or bachelor degree is preferred;
  • At least 2 years of work experience in customer services;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good command in written and spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese;
  • Immediate availability is preferred.

 

Assistant Manager / Senior Officer – Insurance Product Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Relationship Manager of the Bank to provide professional insurance planning services to customers;
  • Maximize business opportunities in order to optimize the sales results;
  • Provide quality after-sales services to maintain customer relationship (i.e. handle customers’ insurance enquiries, renewal premium, claims, surrenders, etc.);
  • Comply with all related guidelines on all sales processes;
  • Assist to control and monitor the application documents in compliance with guidelines;
  • Handle ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree with studies in Business / Finance / related disciplines;
  • Candidates with qualifications of IIQE (1,3) are required; Paper 5 is preferred;
  • Solid experience in handling matters relevant to life insurance is required;
  • Good command in written & spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude;
  • Good communication, interpersonal and selling skills.
