About the Role:

This role is responsible for providing daily support to Travel Retail Department related to commercial activities on the travel retail channel.

This role will work closely with the Marketing Department, Training Department and Finance Department to support Travel Retail Sales team based in Hong Kong.



Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of bills and invoices
• Organize shipping and tracking of deliveries of various materials such as product samples, VM tools, GWP, etc., and other necessary services to customers in due time and as directed by Area Sales Managers
• Prepare Price List and customer sell-in report
• Assist in maintaining a healthy inventory in the office
• Maintain sales organizational charts and contact list
• Assist in preparing any ad hoc reports

Requirement

• Diploma in Business or other related disciplines required
• Min 3 years of relevant experience within a FMCG / Skincare / Cosmetics retail environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Independent, well organised, strong analytical-minded and able to work under pressure
• Self-discipline, maintain brand and team professional appearance
• Strong teamwork player
• Computer literate with advanced Excel/Word skills
• Commitment to continuous improvement and Best Practice
