工作職責 Job Duty：

1. Conduct internal audit engagement, evaluate the sufficiency and effectiveness of internal management;
2. Identity areas for improvement and provide sound recommendations, prepare internal audit report;
3. Supervise and follow up on post-audit recommendations and remedial actions;
4. Participate in ad-hoc projects as required.

1. 開展內部審計監督評價，監督本機構內部管理的充分性和有效性；
2. 發現問題并提出整改意見，編寫內部審計報告；
3. 督促推動本機構審計發現問題的整改工作；
4. 其他安排的工作。

任職要求 Requirements：

1. Degree or above with major in Accounting, Audit, Finance, Risk management or related disciplines;
2. Professional qualification of CPA or CIA;
3. 3 years or above experience in Banking industry or Financial institution. A minimum of 1 year's experience in auditing, compliance or risk management;
4. Familiar with relevant laws & regulations.
5. Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent report writing skills and self-motivated;
6. Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English, with good command of Mandarin;
7. Candidate with more professional experience could be considered as Assistant Manager/Manager.

1. 大學本科（含）以上會計審計、金融或風險管理等相關專業學歷；
2. 持有註冊會計師或註冊內部審計師專業資格；
3. 有3年以上的金融行業經驗、1年以上內審合規或風險管理工作經驗；
4. 熟悉相關金融法律法規及監管要求；
5. 良好的項目管理和人際溝通技巧、積極主動以及優秀的報告寫作能力；
6. 良好的中英文語言能力（包括普通話）；
7. 專業經驗豐富的應徵者可被考慮為助理經理或經理。
